Miriam Gee is the mother of Gee Beauty. Having started her career more than 20 years ago, beginning as a self-taught makeup artist for magazine and print work Miriam then took a position at Chatelaine Magazine as an Associate Beauty & Fashion Editor. Leaving Chatelaine 10 years later to dedicate more time to her family, Miriam took with her invaluable knowledge and experience in all facents of beauty, fashion, food and decor. During this time she created Gee & Company Style Inc., acting as a freelance stylist for many of her existing clients and worked on developing a major clothing line. Her true love was talking with her daughters about one day, starting a business together that together with her eldest daughter Natalie, came true !
Natalie Gee, the eldest Gee daughter worked passionatly with her mother to create Gee Beauty and continue to make it new. Having terrible skin as a teenager, and having to learn on her own about a good skin routine Natalie is no stranger to what makes someone look fresh and beautiful without sacrificing the skin – she saw the missing opportunity to offer people the beauty consultation she wish she had had.
