Known for its “A” list star-studded soirées and its acclaimed culinary creations by Chef David Chrystian, the stunning new redesign of Victor Restaurant and Lounge was completed in March 2011.

Long-time general manager Michael Sullivan and renowned Chef David Chrystian are the dynamic duo behind the redesign and proud owners of Victor.  Michael and David look forward to introducing the revamped lounge and dining experience to the local community, theater goers, guests from nearby hotels including Hotel Le Germain Toronto in which Victor resides, meeting and event planners, and food and wine lovers alike.
