Summer has arrived and bikini bodies are on every girl’s mind. Everyone knows the experts say drinking six to eight glasses of water a day helps reduce bloating and hydrates your skin, but sometimes it’s hard to meet that daily quota. This Motivation Monday, we asked one of our account executives, Alanna Levine, how she spices up her water!
This summer my goal is to drink a lot more water. I had extra fruit in my fridge that needed to be used and I figured what better way than to freeze them! These ice cubes take three easy steps and make any glass of water look and taste more fun.
Step 1: Pick your flavours! For my ice cubes I used fresh mint, strawberries and raspberries.
Step 2: Chop your ingredients into small pieces, place in ice cube tray, pour water on top and pop into your freezer.
Step 3: Allow ice cubes to freeze and serve!
